We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time - think of it as a costume change for the legal section. Any updates will apply from the moment they’re published on the site.

Tickets may be sold directly through DragBingo.UK or via third-party ticketing platforms such as official venue partners.

All events are strictly 18+, unless clearly stated otherwise. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Tickets are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold without prior permission, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

DragBingo.UK and partner venues reserve the right to make reasonable changes to line-ups, performers, timings, or event details as needed - we promise it’ll still be fabulous.

Proof of age or valid photo ID may be required on entry.

By attending a DragBingo.UK event, you consent to photography, video recording, and the use of your image or likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

 

Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days. If your ticket was purchased via a third-party seller, that seller’s refund policy will apply.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to attend

• Late arrival or refusal of entry due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour

• Performer or venue changes beyond our control

If we do cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue issues, technical failures, performer illness, transport disruption, or government restrictions.

5. Food & Beverage Responsibility and Liability

​

Food and beverage offerings that may be included in the ticket price for DragBingo.UK events (including, but not limited to, drinks, canapés, meals, or other refreshments) are not supplied, prepared, cooked, or served by DragBingo.UK or Miss Demeanour LTD. All food and beverage is provided exclusively by the event venue or by third-party catering contractors appointed by the venue.

 

Where food and beverage is described as included in the ticket price (including any force-packaged food and beverage element), this does not mean that DragBingo.UK or Miss Demeanour LTD is the supplier of those items. Responsibility for food safety, hygiene, allergen management, dietary requirements, alcohol licensing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations rests entirely with the venue and/or its appointed contractors.

 

Customers must raise any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or related concerns directly with the venue or catering staff, either in advance or on the day of the event. DragBingo.UK and Miss Demeanour LTD do not provide allergen information, dietary advice, or guarantees and cannot accept responsibility for accommodating dietary requirements, nor can we verify, manage, or guarantee any such requests on the venue’s behalf.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DragBingo.UK and Miss Demeanour LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, allergic reaction, injury, or claim arising from the supply, preparation, service, or consumption of any food or beverage provided by the venue or its contractors.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Licensing

​

In accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and the Gambling Commission’s guidance on non-commercial gaming, DragBingo.UK events do not constitute “gaming” or “prize gaming” requiring a licence. All bingo activities form part of a wider entertainment experience and are not operated for private gain or commercial gambling purposes. No monetary prizes are awarded, and participation in the bingo game does not require an additional fee beyond the general admission charge.

Bingo cards are included as part of the entertainment experience and are not sold as an independent product. The event is therefore classified as an entertainment-only activity and is fully compliant with UK gambling legislation.

7. Behaviour & Event Conduct

​

We love a lively crowd - but keep it kind, respectful, and within reason. By attending a DragBingo.UK event, you agree to:

• Treat performers, staff, and fellow guests with respect

• Avoid offensive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

• Do NOT touch the performers unless explicitly invited to

• Drink responsibly (because no-one likes a show-off)

• Follow all venue rules and health & safety guidance

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who does not comply with these rules. Refunds will not be issued if you’re asked to leave due to misconduct, intoxication, or rudeness to a queen (which, frankly, you’d deserve).

8. Accessibility

​

We aim to make our events as accessible as possible. However, we do not own or operate the venues in which we perform. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact the venue directly prior to booking tickets to discuss your needs.

9. Merchandise

​

All merchandise sales are final unless an item is faulty. For issues with online purchases, please email shop@dragbingo.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order details.

10. Intellectual Property
 

All content on DragBingo.UK - including text, graphics, images, videos, and branding - is owned by Miss Demeanour LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website without prior written permission. We worked hard for this aesthetic, babes - hands off.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

DragBingo.UK events may include swearing, sexual language, nudity, flashing lights, loud music, false eyelashes, and spontaneous bursts of glitter and fabulousness. Attendance is at your own risk.

If you are invited to participate on or off stage - whether for a dance-off, sing-off, prize moment, or anything else - you do so at your own risk.

Miss Demeanour LTD is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen items

• Injury caused by overenthusiastic dancing

• Your embarrassment when the pictures get uploaded to social media

• Hangovers, heartbreaks, or emotional distress caused by excessive fabulousness

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at our events. In other words - enjoy yourself, but take care of your heels, yourself, your friends, your phone, and your dignity.
